Partnering with my writer and ACD, Beth Kinney, we were tasked with driving awareness for the Wholly® Avocado portfolio.

The Challenge: Many back-of-house chefs hesitate to incorporate avocados into their menus, viewing the fruit as too time-consuming and labor-intensive to work with.
The Goal: Demonstrate that Wholly® Avocado products eliminate the hassle, arriving ready-to-use—pitted, scooped, and prepped—to save time and labor in busy kitchens.
To connect with chefs nationwide, we crafted a targeted campaign that included:
• A compelling video sent directly to chefs
• A digital media and social push driving sample requests
• Classic print ads to reinforce the message

The result? A streamlined campaign that brought Wholly® Avocado’s benefits front and center, inspiring chefs to rethink how easy and efficient working with the product can be.
