Ford - Test Drive

As part of Ford’s commitment to improving its customer experience, we were tasked with redesigning the Test Drive booking system. Our main goal was to increase bookings by streamlining the user experience and introducing a live calendar that allowed customers to book real-time test drives with ease, rather than submitting a simple request form which left users feeling uncertain about their booking status.
