Ford - Book a Service

Ford tasked us with redesigning their "Book a Service" flow to provide users with a seamless and customizable experience. The challenge was to create a flexible system that caters to two types of users: those who prefer a quick booking process with minimal steps and those who want to customize their service details further. The main goals were to reduce drop-offs and improve customer satisfaction by offering multiple entry points, simplifying the service selection process, and creating a more intuitive interface.
