The DNC needed new energy for a new candidate. We helped them put on a show.
When Joe Biden dropped out of the presedential race and Vice Presdient Kamala Harris secured the Democratic Party's nomination, the party's convention needed a whole new visual refresh—and fast. With just two weeks until delegates arrived, I was brought in to work with both the production team and the graphics team to build out a set of stage backdrops for a vast and ever-changing program of speakers. Unflinchingly patriotic, we embraced the star-spangled and the red, white, and blue, to energize the party and usher in a new generation of leadership.
