Molly - Design library

The "Molly – Design Library" project was initiated to address the challenge of managing an extensive and dispersed collection of design assets and documentation accumulated over multiple product development phases. The primary objective was to create an internal, centralized repository that would streamline access to essential design resources, including code snippets, icon sets, color libraries, presentation templates, UI kits, and brand guidelines.

In my role as Lead UI/UX Designer, I undertook the following responsibilities:

Conducted comprehensive research on existing design systems and libraries to inform the project's scope and requirements.
Defined the project's scope, determining which design elements should be incorporated into the library.
Developed graphic proposals for the website, ensuring alignment with user needs and project goals.
Created a functional prototype using HTML and CSS, closely resembling the final solution.
Populated the library with relevant design assets and documentation.
This collaborative effort resulted in a streamlined, user-friendly design library that enhanced efficiency and consistency across the company's design processes.
