Food Heroes - Picture The Difference CIC

These were drawn throughout the year 2022 as part of way to promote healthy eating, with each drawing being of a specific food item or ingredient that would be used alongside a set of healthy recipes that included said ingredient. The majority of these characters wore capes to tie back to the hero theme. The main challenge here was giving each food item its own personality, and I generally achieved this using visual humour and wordplay. For example, the kiwi resembles both the fruit and the bird, the loaf of bread is wearing a pair of loafers, and the raspberry is blowing a raspberry.
