I joined Checkout.com as Senior Director of Product Design in the product organization called “Merchant Experience”, which owns the end-to-end lifecycle of enterprise merchants onboarding, engagement, operations, and payment processes. I was leading a team of 10 consisting of leaders and senior ICs in 100+ product organization.

During my time, I have focused on team structure, change management and build up new methods and approach to elevate quality.
