Hays UK was working on an internal platform that was also used by thirty other locations across the country. Hays team identified that there was too much
problem with real-time data synchronisation for their operations. Hence, they needed to upgrade the old application to increase operational efficiency.
Problem Statement : Hays old applications is reaching its limits due to obsolete technologies.
Old applications are slow and having feasibly issues with the multiple devices.
They have created Old application in JAVA and now they want to migrate it to Angular.
Hays have multiple applications from website to CRM Dashboards and everything needed to be upgrade. Hays also want to filter out old features and
functionalities that are not in use or user don’t use it anymore.
Newcomers, finds it difficult to just with obsolete functionality and mass of information.
Hays are also using paid services and products, that they also to create/migrate to their upgraded software
Hays are using most of its software in network ecosystem only, but based on the current scenario they are updating them to use outside their ecosystem.
