New e-commerce site for Ty Inc

This was the first project/hurtle I encountered working for Ty Inc. The owner (stakeholder) wanted a site that had the look and feel that matches the pinnacle of what a fashion site would intel to showcase his new line of wearables. This project went on to take the place of his main e-commerce site where all of his products were showcased and sold online.

The basic idea to model this new site came from the stakeholder who thoughts that his focus base would love the the gucci brand. I found through comparative analysis of their competitors, a really good contrast ideology that adopted and it evolved to the design we found to work best. I created the initial low fidelity prototype of the user flow of the site and that developed into the high fidelity views we used to implement the site.

The first images showed the working MVP of the catalog pages we soft launched and the later images are what we transformed the site into after user reviews and research of our product over the next month afterwards. This last images of the product page are what we launched to the public months before the Covid shutdown, which resulted in an average of 300k per month

I brought in my product management skills to introduce a roadmap of new features after the official launch of this site which includes, elastic search, user login, wish list, email marketing, cart email abandonment system, sales countdown, reviews, best sellers, custom package deals, etc. over the next several months after launch. This push of new features tripled our monthly revenue for the months to come.
