Website Migration, Redesign and Customization - Volunteer Cleanup

To overcome the challenges faced by the organization, a strategic decision was made to transfer the website to WordPress to take advantage of its scalability and customization features. A crucial part of this change was the extensive modification of the WPEvent Manager plugin, adding new functionalities to meet the organization's specific requirements. To improve communication and data handling, FluentCRM was introduced, seamlessly transferring data from NationBuilder and integrating the SendGrid API for reliable weekly email notifications. The updated platform now allows different user types to register, each accessing a personalized and highly tailored dashboard. This complete transformation has led to significant growth, with the site now having over 10,000 users, hosting more than 200 events, and sending out over 5,000 weekly email alerts to an active user base.
