Sól Coaching Recruiting and Consulting is a Christian recruiting firm based in Colorado. They organizations with driven individuals who will thrive in their company atmosphere and even improve it. They were in need of a logo as well as business templates and marketing items.
Goals
Sól mission is to connect employers and employees. It was important to them the Christian foundation of their organization was evident in their branding as well as their roots in Colorado. They wanted to connect to their audience in a way that made them feel welcomed and uplifted on their career journeys.
Solution
Together we created a logo that depicts Mount of the Holy Cross - a recognizable landmark in Colorado that also brings the faith aspect to mind. We then crafted brand guidelines, business templates, and even icons to further strengthen their brand image. Today Sól uses their brand identity to build a recognizable, trustworthy brand that is busy connecting good people to good organizations!
