WWDS: Season 5 brand Package

Delivering all interstitials, endpages, an FX button, viewer advisory, ID’s, and countdowns, we were also given the opportunity to build an FX original open, applying our custom designs right through to the end. The biggest challenge of this project was moving the original style frames, done in gouache paint, into a digital animation that preserved the look and feel of hand made animation. This style was achieved through a combination of frame by frame animation in photoshop using a gouache brush pack, and after effects puppetry, rigging, and compositing.
