I spearheaded the design direction and hands-on execution for YML's award submissions to Ad Age's Agency A-List in 2021 and 2022. Collaborating closely with the marketing director, a copywriter, and a junior designer, we crafted responsive website experiences that played a pivotal role in YML earning accolades as the 2021 Ad Age A-List Standout Agency and the 2022 CX Agency of the Year.
