Citizen Rose

When actress and activist Rose McGowan spoke out and came forward to share her experiences with sexual abuse in Hollywood E! Entertainment greenlit a 4-part series documenting her journey. To promote the show's debut we were asked to create a compelling video asset to help viewers understand both the intent of the series and the perspective of it's main character.

Working with creative production partner Tool we developed a software program that could translate spoken words into projected visuals and produced a live event in Downtown Los Angeles to capture what happens when you give people a platform to speak freely (spoiler alert: it forces individuals to evaluate their biases). Filmmaker and photographer Danielle Levitt directed and documented the event.
