Sacred Marking Tattoo Ceremony

Tattoo as a rite of passage - marking as ceremony. In many cultures, the sacred practice and process of marking one’s skin was once deeply intertwined with healing practices, spirituality and the ethos of purposeful ritual and ceremony. Rooted in communion - beginning with a shared community experience - encouraging connection to the soul during this rite of passage and to the wider collective…binding to one another through offering support, exchange and charged space received during the (at times) painful process. Together we take action and reclaim lineages, selfhood and our agency to speak to the incarnations of our lives on the blessed terrain that is belonging to our soul vessel…our body.
