KAIJU! Beer

I’ve been working for KAIJU longer than they’ve been crafting beer. We started in 2012 when the Reeves brothers (Clara, too) asked me to brand their first beverage, a hard cider. When they began brewing beer a year later, it felt right to keep going. Thus, KAIJU Beer was born. Process-wise, Cal and company brew a delicious new batch, then describe the flavor notes and ingredients. Then, I take a pass at creating one of these Super-monsters to visualize the flavors. We’ve worked like that ever since—from cider and beer to bottles and cans (just clap your hands).
