New Harvest Conference 2022

Working as the Event Producer, I spent 6 months managing all the details that brought the 3 day conference to life. This included overseeing the budget, booking and communicating with vendors including catering and AV, overseeing a volunteer team of 30+ and collaborating with the New Harvest internal team to support in marketing and communications as well as development and sponsorship.

Events included a 2 day conference, a 2 day educational summit as well as evening parties.

I delivered the event under budget (it's first time in six years) with impeccable efficiency in time management. Working collaboratively with the venue Newlab and the team at New Harvest was really rewarding. The 300 person event gathered people from around the world, and was incredibly impactful, fun and full of quality experiences for all in attendane.
