A Proof of Actual Position (Poap) positioning app utilizes blockchain technology and geolocation to verify and record a user's real physical location. Everyday uses include location authentication for food delivery services, event attendance verification, ensuring location accuracy for photos and videos on social media, and enhancing security in location-based transactions, such as shared vehicle rentals.

As a design director, I lead visual strategy and oversee a team to create an appealing and effective landing page. My focus includes user research, interface design, conversion optimization, and cross-departmental collaboration, all aimed at achieving marketing goals and delivering a positive user experience.

Project Goal
