As the Product Design Lead for Coral Health, a venture-backed startup, I had the opportunity to work on a unique and innovative project. Coral Health is a B2B benefits company that places a strong emphasis on diversity, equity, and inclusion — providing culturally-sensitive healthcare solutions to employees through a web-based application.

My role included: conducting user research, developing user journeys and flows, designing compelling screens, creating interactive prototypes using Figma, presenting designs to stakeholders, and implementing an atomic design system to ensure consistency and efficiency.

Throughout several feature builds of this zero-to-one product, I worked closely with the Head of Product, Lead Engineer, and design freelancers to align with project roadmapping and manage progress.
