I worked as Lead Designer on a small team for the agency OkayJak — and was responsible for both brand and UX/UI design for Hued, a healthcare education platform. Our primary project goal was as following: Fix the barriers that reduce HUED’s lead submission/conversion rate and currently make it difficult for companies to choose HUED.
In this project we tackled three primary tasks:
- Architecture development by synthesizing learnings, mapping out the user journey, building a design batch plan, and delivering site specifications and recommended site map
- A refreshed brand identity that incorporates modern design elements and increases the capacity of HUED’s digital footprint — enabling both the marketing website and backend product
- An overhaul of the web experience and visual design that is optimized for conversions and lead capture
