Bebanjo Metadata Fixes Import Process Document

Uploading metadata fixes for titles going live on various steaming apps was a weekly task for me while I worked as an Operations Specialist at Chicken Soup for the Soul Entertainment (CSSE). Process documents had not previously been utilized at CSSE, particularly ones of this depth. I put this detailed document together in my down time, hoping to create something that was accessible to colleagues unfamiliar with the existing process and that could be used to train new employees in the process and the system of Bebanjo.
