Casual Comic

A comic about the film, “Painful Secrets” (2000) and the the invisibility of racial trauma, self-harm, and mental illness.
I storyboarded and illustrated each page in Procreate and collaborated with Ann Arbor-based micro press Diskette, to print out a risographed book.

A second version (or part two?) of this comic is upcoming for Winter 2023.
