I was hired by the leadership team at Spoken Moto to bring strategy and direction to a brand in crisis. They had built a brand the community loved, but their workplace culture was toxic. Spoken Moto was built to serve all people - but the team on the ground wanted to build it for their people: for moto culture only.
I facilitated multiple workshops and strategic sessions with the leadership team at Spoken and subsequently created their brand messaging, a brand book, and their tagline: "Let the rebel out." I also provided ongoing consultation on applicant interviewing, team training, culture building and leadership identification/development.
Since then, Spoken Moto has built a thriving, healthy and passionate business. This reputation got noticed, and the ownership group sold to the parent company of See See Motor Coffee Co. - a legendary brand in the Portland, OR area.
