Soak!

Soak! is a naturally-based and sustainably sourced botanical bath powder featuring two unique formulations to aid in relaxation and sensitive skincare with highlighted ingredients such as coconut, lavender, jasmine, and bergamot. Our target audience is young working professionals who are often too busy to take care of themselves. This dual pack bath powder encourages them to pause for a brief moment and enjoy a relaxing bath. To focus on sustainability, we designed a package made only out of paper. The use of the fun colors matched with the ingredients and corresponding purposes, paired with the rounded typeface makes this product approachable to this demographic. ​​​​​​​

This project was done in collaboration with two designers. My role in this project was the design of the product. I not only came up with the name, but designed the logotype. I also aided in the print and assembly of the physical product. This project was difficult because as a group, we had a lot of ideas and it was difficult to narrow on a direction to focus on, so I had to get my group on track and get the project rolling.
