During my time at SGC, I was tasked with leading the redesign of our company website. The existing website had a range of issues, from a confusing user interface to slow loading times and outdated visuals. It was clear that we needed to completely overhaul the site to improve user experience and achieve our business goals.
To begin the redesign process, I conducted extensive user research using a variety of methods, including surveys, user interviews, and website analytics.
