In 2019, I had the pleasure of collaborating with RK Lifestyle, a luxury watch company based in Tanzania and Kenya. Their team had reached the exciting stage of developing their line of watches and required a brand identity to reflect their vision of quality and craftsmanship.
As a brand strategist and project manager, I was entrusted with the responsibility of establishing the RK Lifestyle brand foundations. The company needed to understand its target audience, competition, and how to position itself in the market. After conducting thorough market research, I developed a comprehensive brand strategy that aligned with RK Lifestyle's values and mission.
To bring the brand to life visually, I enlisted the help of a talented visual designer and fellow brand strategist. Together, we worked remotely for three months, with me based in Bali and my partner in Barcelona. Our focus was to create a visual design guideline that would showcase the brand's luxurious and sophisticated style. This included designing a logo, selecting fonts and colours, and creating a visual language that would resonate with RK Lifestyle's target audience.
In addition to the brand identity, we developed a social media strategy that would effectively reach the desired target audience. We aimed to create a strong online presence for RK Lifestyle, allowing them to connect with their customers and showcase their stunning watches to a global audience.
Our collaboration with RK Lifestyle resulted in a unique and impactful brand identity that successfully communicated their values and vision. With our expertise in brand strategy and visual design, we were able to create a cohesive and visually stunning brand that resonated with its target audience.
