Apartment shopping is exhausting. You see a great place on line only to show up and realize it's a total dump. Rent.com wanted to show people that they scrupulously verified every property so you would know that each apartment was totally legit. So, we created a character known as the Legit-A-Master played by non other that JB Smoove.

The Legit-A-Master showed up on broadcast, on social media where we would answer peoples questions and at apartments themselves as POP. We created a large and hilarious photo library and social media videos where we let JB free reign to tell whatever story he wanted to tell about apartment shopping.
