From Aug. 22 – Sept. 30, Sounds Nice fostered community through the powerful combination of sound and mental health. Built on principles of neuroscience & music therapy, the space offered 60+ experiences led by expert performers, facilitators, and speakers—all designed to help people get connected with themselves and others.
I was in charge of the overall branding, as well as the designing of all outgoing social assets. My intention for the art direction was to express the movement of the sound and energy that was to be generated in the space. From the playful display of the bright mix of colors to the bold expressive text, the branding is meant to demonstrate the meshing of different energies when communities of people from different walks of life are brought together in an intimate space meant to heal, welcome, and celebrate those within it.
