Responded to RFPs and definition and delivery of statements of work. Driving all client communications, project controls and progress reporting. Promoted to icon discipline lead to deliver large scale production workflows for the following products; MS SQL, Office, Visio, Visual Studio, Windows, MSN as well as applications for Citrix, T-Mobile, Univision and Amazon. Led the site wide redesign of Bing Cash rewards user experience. Managed the strategy and analysis, content inventory, information architecture and visual design for three month project lifecycle.
