Managed $2 million annual budget to maintain business intelligence databases for Safeco Insurance product changes. Acted as a liaison with product managers to schedule and manage team of data analysts, engineers, and testers to successfully evaluate problems and develop appropriate solutions enabling the translation of complex business requirements for measurement and evaluation. Worked with development to mitigate issues and risks against computer systems as well as scheduled monthly maintenance updates and system fixes. Provided executive level status reports on a bi-weekly basis.
