Transparency is front and center in this campaign as women across industries share the first time they felt their salaries were equitable in the workplace.

From concept to creation, I led a team of Creatives to bring these stories to life. By teasing the hero video with a series of cutdowns, we established engagement from our audience, bringing awareness to the issue in a clever and relatable way.

As the content marketing lead and copywriter on the project, as a team, we felt it was important to let the women do the talking.
