Problem: Establishing Zillow as a trusted educational source on TikTok for all things real estate. This would be Zillow’s first venture into the budding social media channel.
Solution: Partner with the production agency Channel to create video content that is infotaining, in line with our audience and considerate of the niche cultures brewing on TikTok. After many rounds of ideation we pushed onward with the 101’s of real estate.
My role: As senior designer and self proclaimed TikTok aficionado, I had a strong hand in choosing Channel as our agency partner, educating stakeholders and team on this new cultural experience, working closely with copy on concepts and scripts, choosing talent and assisting on set to bring these stories to life.
