Fisher Investments

Fisher Investments came to Fantasy looking for assistance with how to entice new prospects to use their services. Through an insights phase, Fantasy found that many users had trust issues when it came to investment companies. As a result, a lot of them felt defeated. Given that Fisher doesn’t hold money and only gives advice, Fantasy found that using this aspect of their business could lend them to being that trustworthy partner for Retirees. Not only that, those looking for retirement found that they were in need to tools and suggestions to help them make informed decisions. As a result, we created an MVP experience around a tool routed around users having the ability to create numerous scenarios. Giving users the ability to create scenarios allows them the power to look at their financial situations themselves to help with planning their future. Along with a Scenario Builder, we also created a personalized content hub that could be used by the user to help them with staying up to date with the latest Fisher has to offer. From a visual design perspective, our goal was to take a look at the Experience Principles, newly established Brand Principles, as well as the core brand of Fisher and evaluate where the next generation of visuals could thrive. Our goal was to maintain a look that could be relatable to the older demographic while also adding modernism with a twist of classicism.
