When I first started working with POSSIBLE (now Wunderman Thompson) I was the co-lead designer on the Xbox.com account. Aside from the day-to-day maintenance of the site, our team also helped establish a more customer-focused, strategic approach to Xbox.com, taking the site from transaction driven, to customer/gamer focused.
