Redesign how employees file for disability or absence claims, and how they track and manage them.

Designed scalable designs of MetLife.com's insurance claims and absence management flows through UX strategy. Worked with leadership and partners in data analytics, web development, UX and content strategists to triage and improve inefficiencies of Metlife claims. Completion rate of disability claims improved from ~6% to >90%; Metlife customer support measured a material reduction in call center requests for disability claims
