Product Context
Showdigs (formerly Bluejay Rentals) allows apartment seekers to request on-demand tours. Showdigs responds on your behalf to online inquiries and our team of professional real estate agents will provide access to your properties within the hour.

The Challenge
Creating an MVP that allows searching for a product-market fit. I researched personas, motivations, needs, and requirements by user interviews then quickly iterated designs with prototypes for further testing.

The Solution
Testing multiple variants of the product, for the three distinct personas: the property manager, the showings agent, and the prospective buyer.

By quickly iterating and creating prototypes for each persona, we were able to connect the dots and the missing pieces between them in less than six weeks.
