Charles Schwab is known for its trading expertise and support. We call this “Human Powered Trading.” Traders research market news and stocks online, which means they might have a few questions along the way. So instead of asking them to contact Schwab, we launched a live Q&A event that met traders where they lived online.
How it worked:
The live Q&A event simultaneously ran on some of the top financial sites on the web, like Yahoo Finance, CNBC, and Bankrate, just to name a few.
Traders could submit questions and get live answers from Schwab Trading Specialists straight from the banner.
We developed an entire moderation system that allowed our team to carefully monitor each question in real-time, before assigning them to a queue.
In only 6 and a half hours of live broadcast, a total of:
- 17.5MM impressions were generated
- 23,000 unique viewers
- Watching for more than 5 minutes.
