The information that customers do have about their onsite and gambling behavior is hard to understand and requires a lot of effort and cognitive load on the part of the customer. When customers are more aware and educated about their play and their behavior, they can make informed decisions about how to manage their play and ensure they are gambling responsibly.
I've been conceptualizing clickable prototypes, gathering feedback from usability testing sessions, analyzing it, and presenting it to stakeholders. I worked with UX Designer in London, Product Owner in London and Tech in Romania.
