NBA: That's Game

I’ve never played basketball beyond a pickup level. I’m not particularly good. I don’t subscribe to League Pass.

Yet, every time I walk through a crowd an imaginary ball finds my hand. And somewhere, right now, someone is shooting a piece of paper into a trashcan unconsciously saying “Kobe.” Somewhere else a rapper drops a complicated reference to a basketball player. Someone buys their first pair of Jordans. Waves a Mutombo finger.

That’s the power of the sport. That’s the NBA. That’s Game.
