Reasons (A Love Song) Music Video
With a budget of barely $400, longtime collaborator Ian Rees, who recently composed the score for the new HBO Max documentary ‘Gaming Wall St.’ & I made up for what we lacked in funds with time & work ethic. I embraced my technical & creative skillset to take Ian’s song & create a surrealist ode to falling in love where his excitement is represented through multiple frames, bright colors & VFX work I knew I could create. By embracing being a crew of one we had a flexible timeline, the option for reshoots, & had the extra time needed to shoot the extensive coverage required to fill all the frames. There was never an idea we couldn’t do because everything was conceived through achievable perimeters.
