Health Connect

- Designed and prototyped a fully responsive web platform, in Figma, aimed at supporting users in managing all facets of their health from finding and scheduling appointments, tracking medication, and managing payments as well as insurance.
- Performed extensive market research and competitive analysis to establish the business and user goals.
- Defined information architecture to build and test rapid prototypes with the target audience to refine ideas before proceeding with more complex designs.
- Followed an iterative design process to develop high-fidelity prototypes to do in-person and remote user testing to find areas of potential improvement before continuing with the final design processes.
- Developed an original design system ready to be used by other designers and for developer handoff including all project assets and SPEC sheets.
