The Black Mothers Green Book

For Mother’s Day, Mother NY partnered with IRTH (as in birth, without the B for bias) to create The Black Mother’s Green Book, a free maternity care guide made for and by Black Mothers to fight bias, because in NYC Black mothers are 12 times more likely to die from childbirth than white mothers.

The guide is on its way to publishing, but in the meantime you can contribute to the book by sharing your maternity care review on the IRTH app, and help build a future where this book is no longer needed.
