Coinbase gamified new user incentive

From April 2021 to December 2022, I consulted at Coinbase as a product design lead by way of Free Association(a design agency with an embedded model). 

Over the course of the engagement I supported the growth + customer acquisition team with sweepstakes, internationalization, and notifications. I partnered with Product management, User research, Engineering and Marketing teams, and held weekly collaborative design workshops with stakeholders. The following case study is going to primarily focus on the start to finish process by building an experience to use gamification to boost engagement.
