A key guiding principle to a valuable Customer Journey is the ability to augment tactics based upon segmentation.

Aktana provides a global SaaS enterprise product that redefines the commercial engagement model in life sciences. With this tool, users now have the ability to react quickly with campaign tactics to changes in segmentation, leading to a more intelligent and impactful product offering.

A Customer Journey has largely been defined as a marketing tool that is very linear in its flow; however, these poorly designed flows do not account for the true ebb and flow of a Health Care Professional.

I created a tool that shows granular data which summarizes campaigns, their channels and targeted segmentation tactics, allowing users to know the health of their campaign strategies and act on them accordingly as needed. Ultimately, helping to convert customers from the consideration stage of a product to becoming a brand loyalist.

Existing Customer Journeys fail to address the nuances of Life Science campaigns; channels, regulations, specialty, segmentation, and the field force which supports these segments.
