Run For Home

Shelter dogs are often too energetic and overwhelming to people to get adopted. We learned that’s because they don’t get outside to exercise. So we brought the Huntley High School Cross-Country team to take shelter dogs on runs. The impact was immediate and kind of astounding. Every one of the 28 dogs in our program was adopted. We helped other running clubs and shelters start their own programs.
