ACE Property Services

ACE Property Services is an industrial and commercial cleaning company based around Vancouver, BC. Established for almost 20 years they have been growing continually and today have some of the largest Vancouver client, and even government, contracts.

With ACE growing in size themselves and the scale of their clients increasing too, they needed a brand identity to match. A corporate and formal brand image that still conveyed the principles they apply in their work and services they offer.

After initial communication with the client and market research, a clear picture of how the brand should look and feel formed. The brand should be very corporate and simple to fit in with the high scale clients.

The logo needed to be scalable to work across print and web designs. However, there also needed to be a distinguishing feature that set ACE apart and showed the services they offer.
