Mondelēz "SnackFutures"

This project focused on redefining functional snacking for Mondelēz’s innovation incubator, SnackFutures. Through exploring global, I led a team to define consumer segments and need states, then looked at defined consumer segmentations and where they fit within the need states, we identified. Finally, we explored the current and future landscapes of functional snacking. This exploration ultimately led to the development of SnackFuture's newest brand, Millie Gram, a line of functional, mushroom-based snacks.
