Senrior UX Writer at iRobot. Established our UX Writer role on the newly formed UX Design team. Developed a process and iterated on that process as needed. Participated in research, design, brainstorming, and various user experience-driven processes. Acted as the sole UX Writer on a growing team of designers that expanded from just a few to over 20 (we did eventually hire another writer). My work is primarily for the app experience which covers new feature integration, brand partnerships, updating existing features, research-driven surveys, and marketing copy. I also coined the term for our company-wide internal initiative to evolve from an engineering-driven company to a user experce-driven company. I also partnered with our second writer to establish Voice & Tone guidelines. Since I'm well-versed in Figma it was easy to integrate with the team.
