Most people probably buy something online every day, but they rarely make a $20,000+ purchase of a vehicle, sight-unseen, with the promise that it will be delivered. Carvana always thinks about the person buying the car and all of the different questions they will internally struggle with during the whole process, so we tapped into a brain for a first-hand look at how easy Carvana makes buying a car online.
