Designing for Passenger Confidence

TEAGUE project partnered with Intel to create a new UI for their internal autonomous vehicle confidence screen.
The interaction and user experience (UX) team turned to designing, prototyping, and testing several experiences for how passengers will operate connected vehicles, how they'll feel safe while they're on board one of these transit systems; and also how the system communicates well with its riders - so that people know why the car makes certain decisions or takes certain actions - to make sure that riders have a full understanding about what their autonomous vehicle can do from moment-to-moment.
